Is swearing verbal harassment?

The other day my boss called me a "fucking parasite" and a "fucking piece of shit" He said that I had poisoned my co-workers minds.

Question : Does swearing, and/or the example above, count as harassment, and if so, what can I do?

Generally, this type of swearing is not considered illegal. It is not related to your gender, race, age, etc. This type of "equal opportunity" swearing is seen as just one of those unpleasant things that is one of the reasons we call it "work."
