How do we protect our intellectual property from our employees? 07-07-2004
I'm looking for assistance with insuring we provide the most legal protection possible regarding our proprietary information and intellectual property. Would I expect to get this type of assistance from a law firm specializing in employment practice, or should I be looking elsewhere?

You need a lawyer who specializes in intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, and patents. They should also be able to prepare non-disclosure agreements and in some cases non-competes agreements for your employees to sign.
