What should we do about salesmen harassing our employee?07-12-2006

An employee in my office is receiving very inappropriate calls from salesmen that we sub contract to and with. What would the appropriate action be? Do we have any recourse with the salesmen?

Legally, you are required to tell the salesmen, "If you do it one more time, we will not do business with you any more." That should stop them! And if it doesn't, then stop doing business with them.
