Can we fire employee surfing "adult" web sites on the net? 03-07-2007

I have recently counseled a sales employee on his lack of production and weak sales. In the counseling session I laid out specific areas for improvement and the best ways to use time during the day when the office is not busy. Today I discovered this employee is surfing "adult" web sites on the internet instead of working. Florida being a right to work state do I have sufficient grounds to terminate this employee?
