Can an employee not update us with their home address and telephone numbers (both home and cell) after they have moved to a new location?

As long as you have a legitimate business reason for having this information, you can ask that it be updated and if the employee refuses, you can discipline. Whether or not you want to terminated depends on a variety of factors that would best be discussed with a local attorney.
