Preventing Sexual Harassment, Discrimination & Retaliation
California law requires all supervisors to take a two-hour program every two years to prevent illegal
sexual and other harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
And it requires all new supervisors to take this same training within six months of their hire or promotion date. This program not only meets but exceeds all the requirements of the law, and it does
so in a fun, interesting and memorable way. Taught by attorney-trainers
who are skilled facilitators with years of experience handling
harassment, discrimination and retaliation cases, this program
involves the participants so that they remember the concepts
and can use them back at work.
We cover not only sexual harassment, as required by law, but also all other forms of illegal harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
Knowing that the law sets only
a bare minimum of acceptable behavior, this program also integrates
your organization's policy and procedure prohibiting harassment,
discrimination and retaliation. We bring in your organization's
values, as well as the values of the participants, to go beyond
the law and begin the process of creating a respectful workplace. View all of our California Harassment Compliance programs here.
