Can I get fired for calling out from my first job to go train for another job?

Assuming that you are an at-will employee, I am sorry to tell you that the answer is yes. Terminating an employee who takes a day off to go train for another job is not a wrongful discharge. Employees owe a duty of loyalty to their primary employer.
