Can I tell my terminal manager that he is a hoe, his mama is a hoe, his wife is a hoe, his children are hoe’s, and his pets are hoe’s without getting fired?

Rita Risser Chai replies:

Most employees do not have freedom of speech at work. Even if they do, such as government employees, employees do not have the right to insult and personally attack others. You can and should be fired for this, and assuming that at least some of these people are not, in fact, whores, you can be sued for slander.
