Keep your workplace a great place to work with Our Respectful Workplace Training which gives participants a variety of strategies for responding to harassment, discrimination and retaliation in the workplace, all of which are not only illegal but can be symptoms of a larger problem.

“Instructor did a great job – energetic and awesome! This training allows me to manage more consistently and fairly.”

Respectful Workplace Training

This classroom training starts with a discussion of the minimum requirements of harassment prevention and EEOC law, along with your organization’s policies preventing harassment and discrimination on the basis of all the protected characteristics. We address unconscious bias and microaggressions in the workplace, along with bystander training. We also discuss the importance of diversity, including people with different values, backgrounds, skills and knowledge sets and going beyond compliance, and we bring in your organizational values to facilitate the process of creating a respect-filled workplace for all. This Respectful Workplace workshop is designed for a national audience and is compliant with state harassment laws.
