Fair Measures, Inc. - Legal Training for Managers

California Harassment Compliance Training

AB 1825 requires all supervisors and managers to take a two-hour harassment training program every two years to prevent illegal sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation in California. Harassment training compliance, according to state and federal laws, is required for all supervisors who have been hired or promoted within the last six months. Here at Fair Measures Inc., our programs do not only cover California harassment training as the law dictates, but also all other forms of illegal harassment, such as discrimination and retaliation.

Our instructor-led programs are taught by our experienced attorney-trainers. Our Harassment in the Workplace training program also adheres to AB 1825 and fulfills other mandatory harassment compliance training requirements that are implemented in the state. The experience and key learning points are remembered by managers because we make it fully interactive. We use videos, small group discussions, and skill-building exercises to help participants learn about the California harassment training law in an enjoyable way.
